No, the build date is not visible to software so please look at the physical drives. The one you showed in your first post clearly claims to be EFRX but what you bought should be EFPX, the successor to the EFRX. Were the drives sold by Amazon itself or the marketplace? Are you sure drive 8 is one of those three and not your original batch?
I'm sure they are the new ones added in order to the system, just looked at the order, 2 were sold by WD themselves, with one other supplier.
Will check later on at the physical drive.

Evening,
Removed Disk 8 which had the Media Error and replaced, it's actually 2015 build date.
Removed Disk 5 as this had the 0°C temperature and replaced but that still shows 0°C.
The system has come back as all showing good again, so bit of a strange one.

Can't say I've noticed that but now you mention it, completely different.
Might take that out and have a look, may contact WD.
