Ok. Have you already installed boxee App?

The way my apk works it needs to have boxee installed first. perhaps without boxee it fails due to the required apps being missing?

I'm not sure what the error codes mean. I haven't found that documented anywhere...

I have boxee already installed. Does it use certain ports? I have Plex installed as well, so not sure if maybe that is conflicting?

It is not, Boxee uses "5000,8800,8801,8802" and Plex uses 32400.
Are you having any trouble to run both of them together?

Do you know what the error code means when trying to install?

Hi I can see that XBMC is available for the 3 series, but when will it be available for the 6 series as well.

"⁵ Currently, Boxee is only available on the 6 series while XBMC is only available on the 3 series." <--- http://www.asustor.com/product?p_id=16&lan=en#

Actually could Asustor post some details about XBMC running on the 3 series or put a video demo together of it in action.

What sort of hardware video decoding is available like H.264, MPEG4, VC-1 from the CE5315 chipset ?

What speed does the UI of XBMC render at in system/system info/screen resolution ?

If I were Asustor I would include the remote in the box of the AS3 series, seems bizarre to leave such a small but valuable thing out. On top of that getting that remote separate will likely be very difficult.

Is there a way to update this for ADM 2.0 beta?

I haven't looked too closely at porting this to adm2.0

There were a few library changes and I'd need to do some debugging.

Since Asustor has an XBMC app for series 3 and should be releasing an official XBMC app for series 6 I wasn't really investing any time into this...

Hopefully someone from Asustor can confirm when XBMC official is expected?
