Well Im waiting for answare or some advice. Hope it will get to me soon.
I also contacted tech. support but no answare from them for 2weeks!!!! Bad job Asustor! Im very dissapointed.

I have checked this with our tech support engineer, and he did reply you two days ago that we were evaluating the optimized fan speed for 602T, and it was still under testing for the temperature, and fan speed combination.
We have adjusted the fan control for 602T and this change will be applied to 1.0.9 which will be released next week. We are sorry for any inconvenience it has caused and please wait for a little while, ok?

Hello everyone,
Finally there is new firmware that fixes fan speed for 602T. It helped very much and NAS is now more silent (like my old NAS that had bigger but slower fan).
