Hi from Germany

Hi,

I'm from Germany and have an AS1004T. I have a bunch of general questions, not relating to any sections of this forum, like "Can I expand the RAM in some way?" or "Why are the hard drives continuously active?" or "What can I do to make access over internet faster?".
The model is advertised as being fast and capable of handling a huge amount of data, but it seems to me that this is not the case. It would be nice to have a section within this forum where such questions fit in. Or am I missing something?

I think you can simply write your questions onto the topic of your NAS model.
