Ticket #1480 is still open, and hasn't had any activity now since 24 May 2015. Why is this just now being announced when the issues were raised over 2 years ago? I can understand that the app comes from the parent company but can't understand why it has taken so long to see any other resolutions coming from Asustor themselves.
Asustor has had a problem with the support structure. And I have worked diligently trying to change the opinions of many here that Asustor has less than adequate support. And then it takes this long to come to a decision over an app like this...
Any comments from Asustor support staff would be most welcome at this point.
