Backup Plan: Autostart Minimized or Hidden

There's an option in Backup Plan to "Start ASUSTOR Backup Plan on System Startup." The startup portion of that works fine (Windows 10 and Windows 8.1). But, when it autostarts, it pops up onscreen. Either default it to starting up minimized to the System Tray or at least give us an option to do so.
