Greetings all Asustor Fans and happy labour day!!
Just got my AS5108T unit last week and been busy loading stuff into it. The NAS up and running with 4 x 4TB in Raid 5. Love this NAS so far. :lol:

Gonna upgrade to 8gb ram soon to try out the virtualization function. Noted that 8gb is the limit, just wondering if anyone had tried upgrading it with 16gb successfully instead?
Storage: AS5108T, 4 x 4TB WD Red (Raid 5)
Network: ASUS RT-N66U
Media Player: ASUSTOR NAS with KODI
Portable: Samsung Note II, Sony Tablet S & iPad

Duo to bay trail platform limitation memory max. 8GB (http://ark.intel.com/products/78867/Int ... o-2_42-GHz)
If you want 16GB memory, you such buy AS7008T or AS7010T.. ;)
