Keeps going back to initialise

Hi trying to set up the 3 steps it carries out on web portal seem ok apart from the restart (last step) then it keeps telling me it has not completed and starts back on page one HELP needed

Oh and all lights are correct etc HDD light green steady get ticks against all up to restart system when it takes ages of spinning eventually beeps and the web portal takes me back to the first page

It might be caused by HDD error. However, I'm not sure. I think you'd better to send a support request to asustor. They can help you to check it remotely.
