Hi
The System Status light on a fairly new AS-604T (second from top) had always been Green up until today.
Now it is Red.
I have read through all the documentation and can find no reference to what this means.
Help.

Re: Red System Status Light
If you read the quick installation guide, page 17, there should be no red light for the status LED. http://download.asustor.com/download/do ... 2.0319.pdf

Re: Red System Status Light
The System Status light was showing Red in Night Mode, when that is turned off (Night Mode) it changed to Orange.
I had just uninstalled the Popcorn Time App, so tried reinstalling it, as soon as I did the System Status Light turned back to Green.
So I am assuming it was some how connected to that App misbehaving.
Would appreciate any ideas as to what an Orange or Red light actually means.
As stated previously (and mentioned by Kerry above) there is nothing in the documentation that mentions either of those colours.

Re: Red System Status Light
As far as I know, there are 2 LEDs nearby: power LED and status LED. Power LED should indicate power status, blue means on, orange means sleep. I always see status LED as green color. Night mode should show orange color in power LED, rather than status LED, right?
I would suppose status LED being able to show red color (there are 2 colors in power LED). It should indicate system abnormal event, I guess. In your case, it might be caused by the App turning LED into red color.

Re: Red System Status Light
I agree that the System Status light showing Red / Orange would indicate an abnormal event.
Unfortunately nothing on the system log or in system information was indicating such a problem.
When the System Status light returned to Green later in the day another odd thing happened, all the disk lights went out (no it wasn't in Night Mode, nor were they configured to be off).
A reboot has resolved the disk light issue.
Again if anyone has any further suggestions for what happened please post them.
Thanks
