Surveillance Center Notification

Currently, the event for notification is only limited to camera connection/disconnection, add new/delete camera, record failed and also storage full. I suggest including USER LOGIN and LOGOUT as a notification.

The reason if there is any intruder/hacker got into the system, we should be alerted immediately so take we can take immediate actions like shutting down the cam. I hope this can be added in the near future.
