Batch rename in File Manager
I'd like to see the inclusion of batch rename, as well as rename replace character with, in File Manager. The ability to replace, for example, all "."'s with " "'s, would be a tremendous help to those of us who are anal about our personal naming conventions.

Depending on the OS you use you can just do it from there. I am on a Mac and I use ForkLift. With it I can do almost all of my file management (moving files doesn't move, it copies and then deletes which take much longer) as if I were using File Manager via ADM but with a much more powerful application. I don't know what is similar on Windows.
