Hot disk add
I don't own an Asustor NAS yet but I would like to learn about some of the disk util features before I buy. Curious if there is any kind of "hot" disk add to a volume assuming you want to up a 3 drive raid 5 to 4 drive? Anyone know if this is doable or asking a bit much for a consumer grade NAS.

Re: Hot disk add
Woody has already replied, but as an owner of an AS-608T I can say that this was very, very easy to do. I initially put my 608 online with three 3TB WD RED drives in RAID5. I have since added two more to the array. I did peek in and check it, it took some time to complete the expansion and realize the additional space, but that is to be expected with any online expansion. During the process all my shares and data were fully available. I use my NAS as a DLNA server, all my media was working fine throughout.
