Im new to the forum and not sure where to post this problem. The router i have is not showing Asustor NAS name that i gave it. I can get to it via ip only. the older nas (coolmax brand) does have the name shown.
Im using a staic ip for both nas drives, which may be part of the problem (because all other devices are using DHCP instead of static) but i would expect both to have same issue then.
Anyone know why this would be ?

is the subnet address the same on the router and server?
