cloud connect not working

cloud connect not working
I have asustor 608 and I set up my NAS for cloud service by myasustor but it is not working. I check my cloud id with test it pass but my cloud id myasustor.com:8000 page does not open. when I enter my ip address:8000 then I can access my server. I have used Firefox, chrome IE noon of them work. please help me to connect to my cloud connect?

It's possible that it is caused by your gateway does not support local loopback. Which means you need to use your cloud ID from outside. Inside gateway, you might need to use your local IP address. You may ask your friend from outside to check your cloud id connection.
