I understand that Asustor is kind of a "skunkworks" project with about 70 people in Taiwan. I'm really happy with my 302T. But I think that Asus need to introduce a phone hotline for their products. As you know Synology, Netgear, QNAP etc all have phone support and Asus do for all of their other products.
Also I want Asustor to do a proper version history for each revision of ADM. Many of us want to know a little about any new features(if any) and bug fixes in each ADM version.
I have downloaded 2 versions of ADM this week. And I have no idea of what bugs have been fixed.
