Folder access to multiple groups

At the moment access to resources is addressed like this:
- Owner
- Group
- Others
But what is i want to differentiate more?
A user group should have a different access to folders/drives/etc than FTP users and Adminitrators or "Super users" or "Home users" or "Administrative personell" or "Technicians".
It would be VERY helpfull if you can add more than one group (optional more and more ...) to the access control function, for a specific folder/drive/etc.

This way you can have access on a basis like:
- Owner (R/W)
- Group 1: Administrators (R/W)
- Group 2: Users (R)
- Group 3: FTP users (D/A)
- Group 4: Administrative personell (R/W)
- Group 5: Technicians (R)
- Other (D/A)
