Volume encryption

It is a long time ago since this question was treated here in the forum. I really would like ASUSTOR to provide volume encryption (qnap and synology do). At the moment I don't understand ASUSTORs risk assessement - be prepaired for quantum computing cracking encryption codes, but do not provide a full disk and volume encryption? So the very best encryption codes for a mediocre implentation in ADM. Doesn't make sense to me. What do you guys think?
