1) Install the ASUSTORE Control Center in Windows, insert NVMEs in socket 1-n and connect the FlashStore to LAN, as described in https://downloadgb.asustor.com/download ... 0_1015.pdf
2) disable Windows Defender firewall (will be updated as soon as I know how to configure it instead disabling it)
3) Power On the FlashStore and wait until it beeps and have a red light on the side.
The LEDs on the top should be:
Power-LED=blue
System-LED=green
Network-LED=blue
NVME-LED=out.
The NVME-LED went to blue ~20sec after beeping.
4) connect to the FlashStore:
- press Scan in ASUSTORE Control Center
- or call "http://<IP-Adress>:8000" in your browser
- or call "https://<IP-Adress>:8001" in your browser

Re: Howto start and connect Flashstore fs6806x
Thanks for sharing this step-by-step! I followed it and it worked great, but just to add: if you're unsure how to find the IP address for step 4, you can usually see it in your router's device list. Also, in my case, the NVMe LED didn't light up until about 40 seconds after the beep, so patience helps.
