Need to get to the fan on my 3302T NAS in order to clean dust which has accumulated over the past year. Have removed the top and bottom screws in the back but am unable to get the cover to budge at all. Don't want to pry the edge area with a screwdriver for fear of breaking the plastic cover.
This video shows it being removed at about 1:46 minutes, but I'm unable to get the cover to move: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6O2hodGflfY

Your 3302 is the same case as the 5*02 and I shift the cover by pushing with my thumb on that central indentation at the front. It may need a bit of pressure but it should pop backwards into the Open position.

Thanks for that suggestion, Snapshot. I'm not sure if I tried that (but certainly might have along with all the other pushes and pulls). For now, I got quite a bit of dust out of the enclosure with a small vacuum and canned air and it seems to have eliminated the slight vibration in the case which I'm sure was caused by dust on the fan.

Hi, I did it. Thank you because I tried many different ways but it didn't work.
