Q: How to setup the structure user and folder for SME?

So I'm new to Asustor here, we want to archive our phone recording with our client as regulation requires.
So we have 3 branches, 1 input archiver, and 1 Manager each to crosscheck the archive.
we need auditor from headquarter able to access them.
we also need auditor from authorities be able to access them in case there is a lawsuit problem.

How do we set it up?

I don't think this should be too difficult. You'll need a master folder then sub-folders for each branch. Matching that would be a user group containing the three pairs of archivers and managers plus the auditors. You'd then set the access rights for each sub-folder to only allow the appropriate staff pair plus the auditors.

Access via a decent VPN plus 2fa should make it reasonably secure although I would hope you already have a decent firewall.
