Hi guys,
I have been using a AS1002 fro a while, then upgraded to a 6404T recently, since I wanted to use it as a media center.
The NAS is now connected to a venerable EPSON EH-TW9100 to display movies, and a hifi system (HEGEL amp/dac) for the audio part, using the spdif output.
But I need some advice since the configuration is not what we could call "user friendly". I face many troubles trying to setup this gear (Hires player not working, soundsgood returning a 5025 error, plex won't able to select audio output...). Only Kodi would work fine...but it is not included, and had to install the apk !
I am sure I will learn lot of things here ;)

As you start to do with Hires Player , post separate message for each problem so it's more easy to specialist to try to help you ... also don't hesitate to open a support ticket for the soundsgood error ...

Last, using APKG it's the normal way to extend capabilities of your NAS ... it's just a package manager adapted to A.D.M. (the NAS Linux)
All APKG delivered via AppCentral are validated (even not supported (it's the integrator role)) by Asustor ... so use it, for tiers App. offer out of AppCentral ... just try to identify the source (person know by the forum with responses to questions and support and upgrade for the APKG)
