Have you opened a support ticket? I think that's the only way you'll get anything done as the admins don't seem to watch the forum any more?

After some search ... seems you are in "Newly registered users" group with 0 (zero) post ... even you write some ...
and NOT in "Registered users" group as usual.

... I think it's the reason ... so as proposed by "snapshot" call the support for changing this (by a forum admin)

... click on your name to get your user status and profile.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We've decreased the permission for the newly registered user by using the default settings since there are so many spam posts.
However, it seems to disturb the normal active user like you.
Anyway, we've received your suggestion and restored the permission, now you can reply.
