My NAS is too noisy since I have non-SSD drives. The configuration is 4 X 10TB drives in 2 sets of 2 with Raid 1. I want to replace all 4 drives with 4TB SSD drives. Been looking online and Asustor site for the procedure but not seeing anything except related to increasing the size of the drives, not downsizing. Can someone refer me to the procedure?
Further update: 1 of the Raid 1 pairs has 4.79TB used so will probably need to move some data and re-organize.

Re: Replacing 10TB non-SSD drives with 4TB SSD drives
Downsizing is not supported by Asustor. This involves complicated resizing steps which you can search the net and that doesn't guarantee the data is intact. You're better off backing up the data then reinitialize the new disks before transferring back the data. If you don't have the space to backup, you could try doing one raid 1 at a time to transfer the data over.
