I have submitted a support request, but my support request isn't moving forward. My device isn't working.  I submitted my request 8/27/2022 and I have gotten three answers/request for additional information.  They have been following scripted troubleshooting questions with little movement.  It has been seven days since a response.
My question is how do you escalate a support request?  I believe my device is defective and should be replaced under warranty.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
