New to the Forum and NAS

Home application - I've enjoyed working through the guides to learn the basics. However, my data is a mess. Over the years with updating equipment and such, I've got duplicated files between dropbox, Icloud, laptops etc. I am also looking to create backup versioning elsewhere as a safety net against ransomware. Any suggestions on an overall plan? Sync with Dropbox, ICloud and Onedrive filtering out the duplicate data from them to have a Master version on the NAS?

Any recommendations on Cloud backups with versioning? Leaning towards IDrive (not a lot of data, estimate under 2TB unless my daughter loads ALL of her selfies).
