Ik heb een probleem met het aanmaken van een certificaat van let's Encrypt. Ik heb blijkbaar het limiet bereikt en weet nu niet hoe een nieuw certificaat aan te maken .

I image you would increase your odds of getting a reply if you wrote in English, if possible, even though tools such as google translate exists (which I ran your post through). As far as I know, Let's Encrypt throttles requests and there is little to do but wait a week according to their documentation. If this is for development/testing purposes use their staging environment.
