Sticky tools panel persistency and extra widgets in it

Hey there, I've looked around in order to not duplicate an already-made request, and was surprised to find none...


I'd wish to see the Tools panel being sticky on the side the webUI window.

Also, I'd like to see extra widgets available in that panel. There might be an API somewhere I could look into to develop some, I do not mind, provided the possibility to extend that panel is there.

If not.. well... provide it, please
