NAS attempted to connect to an odd IP

Apologies if posting this in the wrong area.

I currently run an Asustor AS5304T behind a Synology router. I have the security set quite high blocking traffic that could be deemed as malicious. I have just received 2 alerts stating that the NAS drive has had 2 connection attempts to 103.7.79.187 blocked as they were deemed malicious.

On doing a quick search I have come across the following post on AbuseIPDB. I find it odd that the NAS has attempted to connect to what appears to be a DHCP address for a Pakistan ISP.

Can anyone suggest why this connection might have been attempted or how best I can investigate this on the NAS?
