I had purchased a device, I have a critical condition. I find the software, though looking nice, seems to be under the surface
not mature. Where I am more worried is that that this is a device I shall trust my data with.
In short, after a reboot all configuration and data I had on it was lost and it was in the initialization mode again. I had openend a critical case with the support,
I got one non helpful feedback asking for new information, which I directly supplied. I resend the answer two times since that but it is still silence since the 23rd.
I am strongly considering sending that device back.
