Best performance scenario

Hi all,
I just bought new AS6508T and trying here to squeeze the maximum of performance out of it. Now I have connection to the network with 1x10GBe NIC and sequential reading/writting is at expected level (R-1180MB/s,W-530MB/s). But the IOPs performance is pretty low. Interesting fact is it doesn't depends on SSD cache and is always the same (R-24kIOPs, W-15kIOPs). Also I tried to use a cache SSD (Samsung 970PRO) as a drive, and still the same results as mentioned above. Samsung 970PRO can show far far more at IOPs performance! Where are their 370000IOPs? Any suggestions how to get more out of it?

I did not test IOPS of my NAS before. How do you do the test? Most of tool will create files first, then start the read test. I believe it's not go through cache yet.
