So far, I could shut down my Asustor AS-604T by pressing (about 2 sec.) the Power on / off button. Since the update to the firmware v3.4.0.R7N3 is no longer !? When pressing the power on / off button, the NAS goes off immediately - without an orderly shutdown? Now what, I want to shut down my Asustor AS-604T as before the update by pressing the power on / off button?
The power button function of my AS-304T which is old enough is still working fine. The issue may depend on NAS model. You'd better to report it to asustor directly. https://support.asustor.com/
