Hi guys I just bought 202te and I am having the hardest time trying to get nzbget, transmission, sabnzb, plexus server to work. This is my first NAS I guess you can say I am newbie. I opened the ports in settings>ez of acccess>ez router. But I always get Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 192.168.1.36:9091 with all the apps of course ports with be different with each program. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong??
I also tried different browser with same result.
Thanks
Jay

Hello Losar,
From your private network (the network attached to your NAS) you should be able to access the NAS pages at <NAS IP>:<APPLICATION PORT NUMBER>. Does this work from a PC / Mac in our own network?
If you use port forwarding on your router then you probably want to access your NAS from the internet. From the comfort of your private network, open the website www.whatismyip.com and write down your PUBLIC ip. From a computer on the internet, you should bet able to connect to your NAS at <PUBLIC IP>:<APPLICATION PORT NUMBER>. To relieve you of a (possibly changing) IP you could use DDNS or Cloud connect.
I don't know if it's needed, but you could enable the webserver (services, webserver) to see if it makes a difference.
Please let us know if you can get a webpage to work.
BR, Kapitein Haak.

Re: Hi everyone for Tennessee
Hi thank you replying
yes I am able to access the nas page when i use whatismyip address. I have enabled cloud access. I am also able to access nas through phone. It is this apps that I cannot get work. Still cannot get transmission, nzbget, sabnzbplus, plex to work. I am thinking about doing factory reset see it that helps.
Thanks
Jay

Hello Losar,
Maybe the portforwarding wasn't done for all ports? Check your router and see if the port forwarding for nzbget is configured (port 6789).
