so download the app from the link that has been posted already. Then go in to your Asustor web UI, go to App Central and perform a manual install from the .apkg file you downloaded.

All you now need to do is connect via ssh and issue the command ipkg

in the very first post in the linked thread

"Download the highly experimental packages below
i386 AS-20xT/TE & AS-30xT (date: 20131225-200258 | size: 244kb | md5: 8bc6deb099ec3a37eada0a79b23554e7)
x86-64 AS-60xT (date: 20131225-200258 | size: 244kb | md5: d9f9cf6c87171e4fd5a0e7ded7a0e89f)"

link to the relevant packages on dropbox.

Be very careful if you don't know what you are doing with optware and ipkg.

at the risk of repeating myself :)

go to THIS page.

Scroll down the first post in the thread entitled "[Unoffical] Optware for ASUSTOR"

Find the subtitle "Download the highly experimental packages below"

select the link that suits you.

one says "i386 AS-20xT/TE & AS-30xT (date: 20131225-200258 | size: 244kb | md5: 8bc6deb099ec3a37eada0a79b23554e7)"

the other "x86-64 AS-60xT (date: 20131225-200258 | size: 244kb | md5: d9f9cf6c87171e4fd5a0e7ded7a0e89f)"

on the actual post the first part of the above lines is the link to download the relevant apk to install manually to get optware on your asustor.
