For owners of the 6806 Model, are you getting 800-1000 GBs on file transfers?

Do you mean file transfers within the NAS or to another network device?
Assuming the latter, the maximum possible network speed is 10Gb/s (1.2GB/s) so expecting 1000GB/s is unrealistic. Did you really mean 1000MB/s?
I have an AS6804T and am generally happy with the performance but I can't test the full LAN speed as I don't have any 10Gb/s cleints and my 10Gb switch is not available at the moment. From my experience with an AS6706T with AS-T10G3 NIC, I'm confident that you'll get up to 10Gb/s transfers going NVMe to NVMe but you'll need very good quality HDDs in RAID5 or 6 to get near that.
