Cannot connect to AS3302

Cannot connect to AS3302
Last night I could not connect to my AS3302. I couldn't connect to any of my mapped drives or EZ Connect. I have a Seagate external hard drive to backup the NAS and figured that's why I couldn't connect. I decided to try again this morning and was having the same problem. I powered the NAS down and was then able to connect but it has lost the connection again. I can hear the hard drives doing something. What I don't know. Any advise would be appreciated.

Some more details please. Can you access the NAS's web GUI? Are you using a Windows PC, Mac or something else? How are it and the NAS connected?
