I am quite satisfied with my recent purchase of an Asustor NAS (see signature). Especially the HDMI features were THE reason for me to go with you. And as much as I appreciate that XBMC is finally available for the 6 series, i have a number of issues for which i wanted to create a ticket today. But i just wasn't able to complete the ticket, because I got error messages:

Do you check Technical Support, or general Inquiry when you start writing the ticket?
I try to submit the ticket, and it seems there is not problem.
