Hating Asustor a but at the moment and fritting my teeth. This is the only way I can find to ask for help.
I bought a £1,300 Flashstor 12 FS6812X... and right after setting my password, it told me it was wrong and I needed to hit the reset button... fine. I found it, it's a hole. I wasn't sure what to use, and the product only comes with a bare minimal quick setup sheet. So, I got something to push into the hole... it is deep... perhaps there is something there I can't reach. I opened the casing and it's in a bit where I'd have to take the entire inner board out to reach it. I'd just like to know why... how... what I'm supposed to use to reach the depths this hole goes to reset this... piece of... product.

Re: FLASHSTOR 12 FS6812X RESET BUTTON
At the risk of sounding rude, I think you're poking the wrong hole...... Assuming the FS6812X is the same as the FS6706T, just above the Reset label is a smaller hole than the one below the label and the switch is immediately behind it. A straightened paperclip would be much longer than necessary.
