Hi everybody,

i was a QNAP user until i get an AS6204T.
I'm here because the AS6204T doesn't work anymore and i hope the community will help me.
There's no more display on the screen et the green LED flashes.
I try to get the firmware into an usb but nothing is working could you help me please ?

No display on the screen sounds like a hardware fault. About the only thing you can check for yourself is the RAM. Have you added extra RAM in the past? If so, it may be worth removing it and the standard RAM in turn to see if that fixes it, If not then I think this will be a problem for Asustor support rather than the community and you will need to raise a support ticket.

Ensure all hard drives are properly seated and all power connections are secure. Sometimes, loose connections can cause the NAS to malfunction.Refer to the AS6204T manual to understand the meaning of the green LED flashing, as it could indicate a system startup or a system error.
