Resolution for XBMC

Post by Doxie »

ASUSTOR Inc. Dear users, thanks for your suggestion. Please kindly submit your request via http://forum.asustor.com/ Section "Feature requests". Thanks!
Hi
I would like to see that you make it possible to change resolution in XBMC, so its not locked to 1080.
Most people got a 1080 TV today, but there is probably many (like me) that got a secondary TV or a projector,
that still does not support full HD.
This could not be that hard to fix, since i belive it should be in XBMC from the begining.

Thanks in advance, and please if any other user support this idea, let Asus know,

I think the reason why the resolution option is not available in as-2, 3 but available in as-6 should have something to do with the Intel graphics driver. If not, then the user interface design and options design are in place already....

Dont you think the Intel graphics driver would be able to handle a smaller resolution then 1080p, i would understand if it was the other way around, if it was locked to 720.
I have compared the settings with my other XBMC, and its not the same as on the Asustor, only thing i could do on my Asustor is calibrate the screen.
