EDIT: the below issues appear to be on Asustor's end, as other users are reporting similar errors via the Asustor subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/asustor/commen ... ogging_in/
Hi, not sure if it's just me or if there are backend server issues but I'm encountering numerous errors trying to do anything that involves my Asustor ID, via ADM and via the web also. I'm wondering if it's a repeat of an issue that occurred back in January: viewtopic.php?p=50158&hilit=5401#p50158
1) When attempting to access EZ-Connect via ADM, first I get an error "Unknown error.: Cannot apply settings. (Ref. 5401)". Then when I close out of that window it prompts me to sign in to my Asustor ID.
2) When I attempt to sign into my Asustor ID in ADM via the registration tab, I receive the error "Unable to obtain ASUSTOR ID. Please check your network settings and try again. (Ref. 5401)". If I try to create a new account, I receive the error: "Unable to obtain language information. Please try again. (Ref. 5401)".
3) When I go to the Manual Connect tab, I can't access any of my existing DDNS settings and am again prompted to sign in to my ASUSTOR ID
4) When I go to Certificate Manager, I can view my certificate, but when I try to update it I receive the error "An ASUSTOR ID must first be signed in. Click here to sign in. (Ref. 5622)"
5) When I go to the Asustor member website and attempt to log in to my existing ID, I receive an error that "ASUSTOR ID or password do not match...."; however, if I try to then reset the password for my existing ID, I receive a message to "Please check the the captcha form!" no matter how many times I check the Cloudflare captcha box. I tried resetting my password via desktop Chrome, desktop Firefox and Firefox mobile app, and every time I am told I have to check a captcha that doesn't appear to exist.
6) I can't submit a help ticket via support.asustor.com because it redirects me back to member.asustor.com (which won't let me log in or reset my password)
7) When I go to the ezconnect.to website, my cloud ID does still work and I am able to successfully connect to the NAS.
I'm leaning toward thinking this is an Asustor issue because I can still do a speed test via ADM, I can still access App Central, Dr. Asustor test shows no problems, and a family member is still able to remotely connect to my Jellyfin server (and also because the Asustor member website seems to be experiencing problems). However, I'd appreciate confirmation from other users whether or not they are experiencing similar issues.
Thanks!

It's not just you as I get the 5401 error in (1) as well although I was able to complete (2) successfully.

(1) now seems to be okay. I expect a server just needed a reboot after the weekend.

All seems to be well now I think, thanks for chiming in so I knew it wasn't just me. Now I can see I'm logged in on the Registration tab in ADM, I can update my certificate now, and I can log in to the member website and view my registered device info. Maybe a reboot or maybe they were doing server maintenance - either way, the Asustor status site (https://www.asustor.com/en/service/status) has been green across the board the entire time, so it doesn't seem to be updated too often.
