Q: How can you create or setup multiple sub-account for Asustor ID?

Synology has this feature, but I can't find them on Asustor, anyone can help me to find way to set it up,
I follow this website setup and video, but can't find them

Yes because there can only be 1 owner as far as I know.
If you want to have other users in home, might be better to setup Samba and user groups and/or user accounts for access. I've done this at home too and works great.
If I'm not mistaken, then those users can also map a network drive from their PC to their share this way.

Hi,

Just to complete
if you add users, you can open multiple Webadmin connection (using ADM web access) with different user at same time ...
... if user is not administrator ... you are limited in icon accessible BUT you have you home folder and "file explorer" with access defined by admin and you can add you own CIFS remote access.
