Your NAS is a x86_64 NAS with HDMI, so you can add temporary a keyboard a mouse and a screen, this permit to access the BIOS and see if all is recognized (memory, disks, etc.).

In all case, if it's first install, be sure disk is empty and checked (bad blocks)
