Excited to use this device! The Asustor device. I purchased is a Flashstor 6 FS6706T. I've played with computer and many OS's for a good portion of my life (~30 years now) so seeing a compact system with M.2 drives (6 or 12) at this price point is great.
Initial I was going to install Fedora or some other RPM based system as that is what I'm most familiar with. However as I couldn't get into the BIOS I said the hell with and and try the default OS. I was please to see it had the apps I wanted (Owncloud), just need to install Docker and it was running.
