Request for Assistance with ADM Live Demo IP Lockout

Dear ASUSTOR Support Team and community members,

I am a teacher in Québec and have been using the ADM Live Demo NAS emulator for educational purposes in my classes. Recently, we encountered an issue where one of our students entered the wrong credentials three times while attempting to log in, which resulted in the emulator being locked for our shared IP address.

Could you please inform us whether this lockout is temporary and if there is any way to bypass or reset it? This lockout is affecting our classroom activities, as students are unable to complete their assigned lab work on the emulator.

Check the credentials manager if it already has a login for the NAS which could be invalid. You can modify or delete it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... ol%20panel.
