Hello, 
Can anyone please explain how to use the meber.asustor.com/support site? That is the official support site is it not? 
Issue is that I cán login using my Asustor ID and created password. But although I have once connected with EZConnect to my NAS using the CloudID, the device does nót show up in My Devices. Also I can nót update my profile: a box saying "verify failed contact support". pops up. Also tickets I create do not show: I have no idea whether they enter the system at all...
