Lost in the Forest

I need help.
I moved and brought my NAS with me.
I have installed it and have the following initial issues:

EZ Connect:
- Spends hours saying it is mapping the NAS to /ADM, the drive is unmounted, and an error is displayed.
- When I remove the connection and re-establish it, en
My NAS will not connect to the cloud, although I have great internet access and ethernet connectivity between my NAS and PC.
- I do not remember my ADM logon and PW
- Without cloud access I cannot retrieve my username and PW.
- I have my AiMaster logon email and PW, but because it won't log into the cloud I cannot access the NAS from my phone or other computers.
I am using ADM version 3.5.2.RAG2

When I go to the cloud address directly I go to an unsecure (http vice https) version of ADM, which granted me access. Once I closed the window I could not reopen it without ADM logon and PW, which I do not have.
