Hi Asustor,
I understand from my friend who uses Synology DS920+. According to him, he has been receiving software updates regularly for the past 4 years.
I like to know how long will Asustor provide updates for its NAS products.

And even that isn't saying that updates will stop, only upgrades. What has happened is that the older 32-bit devices can't run ADM 4 so are still on 3.5 but the AS202T was released in 2013 and is still getting updates.
