Dowload impossible with Dowload Center

Hello,
I use a lot the transfer service for large files Upload.to professional video file, yet it is impossible for me to download the site with this download center, malgres that I fill the fields with my premium authentication code .. ..
On my old NAS to a well-known brand concurente (Sy. ..... y) I arrived without problem.
Someone would have a solution?

I think the reason is that Asustor Download station does not support file hosting site. In Synology's download station, you can find the extra function of file hosting site (but still limited to some sites and not every hosting site can do).

So in the download station, for http with direct link and ftp, both can finish file downloading without problem. The problem lies in the file hosting site with user name and password.

Asustor may consider adding this extra function in...
