Hi, is there anyone in Raleigh, NC (universal remote or phone support) who can setup the NAS Lockerstor 10 for me or provide remote and/or phone support? I recently downloaded the Version: ADM 3.5.5.RFC3
Release Date: 2021-03-15 and got a bad copy error message. If you can help please email me at email me at admin@tmtyouthcommunityfoundation.com . I am beyond frustrated and customer support is not beneficial in a timely fashion. Thanks.

You should send a support ticket to: https://support.asustor.com/. They can do remote support (however time zone might be an issue).
On the other hand, did you try automatic upgrade (without downloading the image file)?
