Zabbix is not supported yet, if I'm not mistaken. So I suggest considering puting Zabbix into the available apps list.

Zabbix is available as a package in Entware APKG (+2500 packages and software installer / updater : opkg also with init script at boot time) update of packages is done one per month (as I know)

Perhaps (as temporary solution before specific APKG will be write by somebody) you can use it and test if it's what you want.
